Owner, CEO, COO

Born and Raised in Arizona, Scott comes from a long family line of engineers who work here in The Valley. After getting his start in the landscape industry over 10 years ago by working in the field installing irrigation systems, plantings, and artificial turf, Scott found his true passions in the industry—engineering, complex building, and people—passions which led him to found Outdoor Homes.

Scott takes pride in Outdoor Homes’ ability to build quality, long- lasting relationships with designers and architects, enabling him and his team to implement every detail in their builds—just the way it was intended. This extends to building the team-first atmosphere among Outdoor Homes’ employees and crews who he describes as “top-notch individuals, with commitment you won’t find at many other companies.” Scott’s favorite part of his work? Working with the clients during the build process so that he can consistently deliver exceptional builds for his clients and design partners.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his parents and sister, catching up on a tv series, working out, playing basketball, and continuing his jiu jitsu training.

CFO

With 30 years of experience working in finance with many different industries, Cathy plays an integral role on the Outdoor Homes’ team. She has her B.S. in Accounting from ASU, and her friendly, team-first demeanor, along with her organized, problem solving work style has played a key role in Outdoor Homes’ recent growth. Outside of the office, Cathy loves an evening out at the movies, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring new cities.

Office Manager

Spending 26 years working her way up from the receptionist to the Corporate Executive Administrator of Arizona’s largest materials supplier, Tammy’s experience in every aspect of the industry is integral to our operation. She and her husband have been married for 42 years, and love spending time with their adult son, and their pets—a goldendoodle and a mini goldendoodle. In her spare time, Tammy loves sewing, woodworking, cooking, live shows, and renovating her 30-year-old home.

Project Manager

With over 11 years in the outdoor construction industry, Luis demands nothing but the best from himself and his crews, which shows in our work on our clients’ properties. His favorite thing about working with at Outdoor Homes is partnering with our designers, architects, and vendors who take absolute pride in their craft. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his two children—Ender and Valkyrie—eating healthy food, reading, and getting exactly seven hours of sleep every night.

Project Coordinator

Bringing a “work smarter and harder” attitude to his work, Dylan’s sense of humor and dedication are great assets to Outdoor Homes. In his role, Dylan helps research new materials and supplies with our vendors, and coordinate upcoming events for our team and crews. In his free time, Dylan loves game nights out with friends, and spending time with his girlfriend of five years and the newest member of their family, Luci, their Blue Nose Pit.

Superintendent

Over the last 8 years of Armando’s career in the industry, he’s become a specialist in bridging the gap between our work crews, team, and design partners. Armando’s favorite part of working at Outdoor Homes is constantly seeing the transformation from a dirt lot, to a backyard paradise. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching soccer (he supports Real Madrid and Pumas UNAM), along with volunteering to the Aguilas del Desierto search and rescue team. Armando is excited to be engaged, and loves his daughter and two dogs.
